Peter Bordes is a Founder and Executive Chairman of the Board of MediaTrust. Previously, he spent much of his career in banking and venture capital and was a founder of Mason Cabot investment bank, which specialized in early stage media and technology financing. Mr. Bordes was also a founder and chairman of the board of Empire Media, Inc., a publishing, marketing, and technology enterprise which incubated and founded Find.com, the first "True Business Search" engine, and of Advaliant, an online performance marketing platform. Currently, Mr. Bordes is an investor, serves on the boards of, or is an adviser to a number of traditional, new media, and technology companies, such as: Internet Media Labs, PeekYou.com, Twylah.com, MRQE.com/FlickTweets, AdventureUS.com, Roomlinx Inc. (RMLX: OTCBB), jiwire, and Greater Media Inc. Peter is also a Founding Charter Member and on the Board of Directors of the Performance Marketing Association (PMA).
Keith Cohn is CEO of MediaTrust. Mr Cohn joined MediaTrust as President following the acquisition of Bardon Advisors, where he was Founder and CEO. Mr. Cohn has more than 20 years of leadership experience, building brands and businesses for start-ups and large established companies. Prior to launching Bardon Advisors, Cohn was President and CEO of Vendare Media, an Idealab & venture-backed Internet advertising and media firm. From 2000 to 2006, he led Vendare Media from a pre-revenue, fledgling Internet start-up into a $120mm a year diversified marketing firm with an emphasis on lead generation and other forms of performance-based marketing. Vendare Media merged with Net Blue (re-named Conexxus, which recently merged with Azoogle / Epic Advertising.)
Dave Coburn is COO and VP of Product at MediaTrust, responsible for implementing operational and organizational efficiencies, as well as product management and strategic partner integration. Prior to joining MediaTrust, he was at Microsoft for 10 years. At Microsoft, Mr. Coburn was most recently director, product management, for AdECN Exchange, the company's auction-based ad marketplace for online publishers. He had previously served as director, monetization and advertising for Office Live, Microsoft's web based productivity and collaboration service. He began in Microsoft's Platform Windows Business Group before moving to the Office New Markets Group. Mr. Coburn holds a BA from the University of California- Berkeley, and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Washington.
Joe Hopkins is VP of Engineering and Chief Software Architect of MediatTrust's PerformanceExchange. During his three years at MediaTrust, Mr. Hopkins has been responsible for leading the engineering department in developing MediaTrust's real-time, high performance, scalable, cloud-based technology platform. Prior to joining MediaTrust, he served as a Sr. Software Engineer, Business Intelligence Architect, and a Sr. Software Architect for several Software as a Service (SaaS) businesses, including SupplyFrame, Paxonix, Cydcor, and VMWare. Mr. Hopkins led initiatives ranging from designing and implementing data warehouses to creating a web based Cost and Requirements System for the US Air Force. Mr. Hopkins has also served as Director of Technology at Data Exchange Corporation. Mr. Hopkins attended California State University, Northridge, and holds a BS in Computer Information Technology from University of Phoenix, Arizona.
Karbis Fodulyan is VP of Monetization and Strategic Account Management. In his role, Mr. Fodulyan manages monetization, market making strategy, and business execution for MediaTrust's Performance Exchange. He is further responsible for leading the account management organization, driving strategic/business planning and analysis initiatives, and managing advertiser and publisher performance. Prior to joining MediaTrust, Mr. Fodulyan served as Sr. Director, Internet Marketing, at UltraRPM, where he managed hundreds of web properties across 30 verticals, and launched and managed multi-million dollar campaigns across SEM, PPC, and display advertising. Before joining UltraRPM, Mr. Fodulyan worked at Vendare Media, where he was Manager of TrafficMarketplace & New.net. During his time at Vendare Media, Mr. Fodulyan was responsible for the revenue and gross profit of a $25M/annual Ad Display Network business, and a $30M/annual Search business. Mr. Fodulyan holds a BS in Business Administration from University of Southern California and a MBA from California State University, Northridge.
