Sales Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • The Sales Operations Coordinator supports both Sales and Publishing divisions of the company with all administrative and operational requests.
  • Responsible for account creation, ad campaign setup, pixel testing, rate changes, reporting and other administrative and operational tasks.
  • Primary point of contact for all ad campaign management and inventory.
  • Responsible for creating and running reports using SalesForce.
  • Support network requests such as creating tracking links, publisher set-up and simple account management tasks.
  • Work with finance to process credit card transactions and credit adjustments.
  • Maintain a creative archive to be used by Sales and Publishing teams.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Services team to generate new ad products based on market feedback.
  • Review all in-house creatives for compliance, provide feedback and suggestions.
  • Maintain creative Industry Guidelines and Advertiser Specifications archive.
  • Responsible for trafficking and supporting internal marketing ad campaigns, including creating Publisher and Advertiser notifications using 3rd party software.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience in Internet industry, Internet advertising or project management for a Marketing Company.
  • 1 year experience in Internet industry; ad operations and/or technical experience a plus.
  • Familiar with online advertising, marketing, and sales concepts and metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external teams.
  • Basic understanding of internet technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, Internet file formats and web coding concepts is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other Office applications.
  • Must be detail-oriented, have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be expected to manage and report on multiple projects.
