Peter A. Bordes, Jr. is a founder, CEO, and chairman of the board of MediaTrust, Inc. Prior to MediaTrust, Mr. Bordes spent much of his career in banking and venture capital and was founder of Mason Cabot investment bank, which specialized in early stage media and technology financing. Mr. Bordes was also a founder and chairman of the board of Empire Media, Inc., a publishing, marketing, and technology enterprise based in New York. Empire Media incubated and founded www.find.com -- the first "True Business Search" engine, and Advaliant (www.advaliant.com), an online performance marketing advertising network.

Currently Mr. Bordes is an investor and board member of LiquidXS.com (www.liquidxs.com), a profitable B2B company that liquidates excess inventories of high-end consumer goods. He serves on the boards of or is an advisor to a number of traditional, new media, and technology companies, such as Mode 11, an interactive broadcast technology company; Northstar Software (www.northstar.com), an enterprise asset management software solution; and www.jiwire.com, an online hotspot directory. Mr. Bordes is also an owner and chairman of the board of Roomlinx, Inc. (www.roomlinx.com, RMLX: OTCBB) A Wi-Fi high-speed wireless, broadband, and VOIP provider for the hospitality industry.

With more than 20 years of IT experience, Mr. Chen has worked for many fast-growing technology companies, including Lynda.com, Openwave, and Software.com. He has held various management-level positions in which he was responsible for implementing enterprise-scale IT systems; managing outsourced resources and services; building and managing global data centers, network, and IP infrastructures; managing merger and acquisition integration; and developing and optimizing user support programs. At Software.com, Mr. Chen was instrumental in planning, building, and managing the global IT infrastructure and operations that enabled the company's transition from startup to IPO. Prior to Software.com, Mr. Chen founded Global Shopping Network and created a service that attracted more than 500 advertisers for the recreational marine industries.

A veteran marketer of software and technology, Mr. Foster joins MediaTrust with more than a decade of experience in both media and technology. Most recently, Mr. Foster served as vice president, marketing and client services at Intellibank, an online customer relationship management software provider. Mr. Foster has also served as vice president of marketing at Net Exchange, a pioneer of marketplace optimization software used by Schneider Logistics, Sears Logistics, State Street Bank, and the Department of Defense. Additionally, Mr. Foster was one of the original entrepreneurs at CheMatch, an online chemicals marketplace. Mr. Foster has also previously worked for agencies such as McCann-Erickson and The Ad Store, serving clients including Sony, Visa, Coca-Cola, Salomon North America, and Vail Resorts.

Mr. Matheny has a background in online media that dates back to 1988 with some of the early Bulletin Board Systems that preceded the Internet. He has held positions in the Interactive Voice Response and telephony industry, and, since 1994, has worked at several software corporations specializing in Internet and multimedia fields, including Macromedia, Netscape, Adobe Systems, and Spruce DVD Technologies. Most recently, Mr. Matheny was in charge of product management and product marketing for introNetworks, a leader in corporate social networking application platforms. He has also started several successful projects that have provided AI, blogging, torrent, and podcasting technology to companies in the arts and entertainment industry, such as the Santa Barbara International Film Festival. Mr. Matheny has written several interactive fiction works that have won critical acclaim and awards. Several of his works were the first Alternate Reality Game and interactive fiction works ever written and published on the Internet.

Mr. Matheny is an experienced marketer, product manager, designer and front-end programmer with expertise in a variety of media including Web, print, RSS, RDF, XML, SMS, MMS, DVD, CD-ROM, and video. With 15 years of success in the media industry, he is conversant in many computer languages, operating systems, and media disciplines.

Mr. Piccone is the CFO for MediaTrust. He was previously president and CEO of Performance Accounting and Tax Services Inc., providing accounting, bookkeeping and tax services to various industries across Canada and the United States. Prior to this position, Mr, Piccone controller and director of mmmarvellous mmmuffins Inc., a food franchise of 120 locations throughout Canada that was bought out by Timothy's World Coffee. He also has previous experience as controller and CFO of Questech Services Inc., a computer hardware and services company and as controller for Centre Hi Fi, an electronic retail chain with stores in Montreal and Toronto. Mr. Piccone graduated from York University in 1989 with a bachelors degree in accounting.
